I like this Michigan rock band. Their music is a mix of garage rock and punk injection. Raw, lo-fi, and simple. No complicated riff in every songs, but catchy and full of energy. From the first track 'Northern Blood', the drumbeat opened before screaming vocal take part. And the rest of it is only rock and roll.
The track 'Wendy' is interesting with calpping hand in the middle part which is very dancy. 'Fruit Basket' has my most favorite intro of all the songs in this album. All the tracks are full of simplicity. Only few chords played but totally destroying the whole pit. This is a primitive punk/garage rock band. If you are a virtuoso with "skill is everything"-minded, this band is not for you. But if you are nothing but they who want to have fun in rock music, grab this and suck until it makes you sweaty. Take my words and get the album here.
